Emirates Old Trafford is delighted to welcome Janice Barrington-Wood as Sales Manager of the new Hilton Garden Inn which opens this summer.
Barrington-Wood brings over 20 years’ sales experience and arrives from the Hilton at Manchester Airport where she held the position of Sales Manager for four and a half years. Prior to that, Janice worked at the Etrop Grange and the MacDonald hotel in Chester working as Regional Sales Manager and Revenue Manager respectively.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Emirates Old Trafford will be the crowning glory in the Venue’s re-development plans, following on from the construction of The Point, AJ Bell Players and Media Centre and the redevelopment of the Pavilion. The Hotel will have 150 bedrooms; 85 of which will be pitch facing, a restaurant, fitness centre and adjoining coffee shop, it cements Emirates Old Trafford as a truly world-class sporting, music and business destination.
The hotel replaces the Old Trafford Lodge, demolished in January 2016, and is due to be completed in the summer of 2017 in time for the Fourth Investec Test Match between England and South Africa, starting on Friday 4th August.

I have settled in really well over the last week and the team here have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and I look forward to an exciting few months leading up to the opening of the hotel."
